Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Conport fuel-credit platform provided by . By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for all activity under your account, and for keeping credentials secure. Each company account administrator manages their own users and roles.

2. Account approval & billing

  • Company accounts are reviewed and must be approved by us before they can be used. Until then the account and its users stay inactive.
  • Fuel credit is drawn against funds you have prefunded, or against an agreed credit limit, and is settled by a consolidated month-end invoice.
  • A one-time setup & onboarding fee may apply, covering deployment, card issuance and staff training.
  • We may suspend accounts with overdue balances after reasonable notice.

3. Support & on-site visits

Support levels and any included on-site visits are defined by your agreement with us. On-site support is a premium add-on subject to the following boundaries:

Software-only scope. Included on-site visits cover Conport software issues only. If an issue is caused by your internet connection, local hardware, or a third-party service, the visit is treated and billed as IT consultancy.
Geographic coverage. Included on-site visits are limited to offices within Dar es Salaam city limits. Support outside this zone requires prior arrangement with travel and accommodation reimbursement.
Use-it-or-lose-it. On-site visit allowances are per-period and do not roll over. Unused visits in one period do not accumulate into the next.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access another company's data or circumvent tenant isolation.
  • Do not misuse the platform to break the law or infringe others' rights.
  • Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of the operational data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and back up that data to deliver the service. We do not use your operational data for any purpose other than operating the platform for you.

6. Availability

We work to keep the platform available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conport is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
